At this point, the authors may be asked to make minor corrections, and the manuscript is then forwarded to reviewers.

Review by Subject Experts

The manuscript is then sent to subject experts for review. The manuscript is assessed by the reviewers in terms of:

Clarity of writing and presentation
Appropriateness to electrical and electronics engineering
Appropriateness of methods, design, or analysis
